Overview of the Ordering Process Up

Once you place your order, you'll immediately receive an e-mail confirmation with your order number. If you have artwork you'd like us to use or work from to create new art, simply reply to this e-mail and attach your art. Shortly thereafter (during business hours) you'll receive an email from the Customer Care representative who will be taking personal care of your order. This promotional products expert will fully review your order, make suggestions, confirm dates and review your artwork.

Once all of the details are set, the next thing you'll receive is a link to your 'e-proof' showing your artwork on a mockup of the item(s) you're purchasing. There you'll have the opportunity to approve it, or make suggestions for changes and improvements (remember, all of your artwork for an order is FREE. We don't charge for art design and prep!). Once you've approved the art you'll see an order confirmation with all of the dates and charges. Keep in mind the charges will not change (including shipping!) from what was shown in the order confirmation you received at the start of the process unless something has changed (quantity, additional imprint colors or quicker shipping) – and then only if you've approved them in advance.

Remember, nothing goes into production without your approval!

Artwork Up

What kind of artwork does PersonifyPro accept, and in what formats?

PersonifyPro prefers "Vector Artwork" for best results in one of the following formats: .ai, .eps, .pdf, and .cdr. If you don't have artwork in one of those formats, no need to worry. Supply what you have, and we'll prepare vector artwork for you at no additional cost.

What if I don't have artwork?

If you don't have artwork and would like to us to help provide artwork based on your specific request, then tell us as much as you can about what your looking for. Send us images for reference (i.e., google images), similar fonts you like (i.e., www.dafont.com) and colors of interest for your imprint. Be sure to let us know what item number your interested, along with your budget and when you need these by so we can make sure we consider all the factors when working on creating custom artwork for you.

How do I send PersonifyPro my artwork?

Once ready to proceed and choosing to "Customize and Buy" from viewing the item of choice, your first option is to select the file on your computer. You can also email the file to info@personifypro.com.

Be sure to add your company name and the item number requested in the subject line to give us a head start on preparing your artwork.

Can I print multiple imprint colors?

Yes. "Select Color Matching" and add your request in the color comments section when customizing your order. If you are able to prepare the artwork and add notes before submitting then it will give us a great head start to move the order along quickly. Either way, our support team will be there to ensure you have a clear picture of your options before moving forward. Additional charges may apply for multi-color printing.

Can PersonifyPro match imprint colors?

PersonifyPro can match colors. In order to match colors, please include a desired PMS (Pantone Matching System) form rather than CMYK or RGB in the color comments section of the order. It would also be helpful to add additional notes in your art file. All artwork without exact PMS colors will be matched as closely as possible, however, exact color matching is not guaranteed. Additional charges may apply for PMS color matching.

If you don't have one, then we would be happy to help select one for you to help keep your printing needs consistent moving forward.

What if I don't know what imprint method to choose?

PersonifyPro predetermines the most common used method of imprint for every product by default. If you would like to learn more about any of the imprint methods available, check out our services to learn more.

Will I get a sample, see a proof and or get a virtual mock up of my request before production starts?

PersonifyPro will never move forward with an order until the artwork is approved. We need to make sure you agree to the exact color(s), size and location of your artwork. We will provide a virtual mock up and a proof with all the specifications at no additional cost. To receive a sample of your product request with your logo, additional fees will apply.

Will the colors and size of my artwork in my proof match the actual color and proportion of the imprint when I receive the items?

Color-rendering varies by computer monitor. The colors shown in the proof and the proportion of the logo on the product in the virtual mock up are for aesthetic purposes only and cannot be guaranteed to represent the final item or imprint color.

Will PersonifyPro keep my artwork on file?

PersonifyPro will keep your artwork on file to make reordering and using your art on other products simple and easy!

Do I have to pay for another set up charge if I've ordered from PersonifyPro in the past?

PersonifyPro will waive set up charges on reorders for printing the same artwork at the same size. The decoration process typically varies by product.

Shipping & Delivery Up

How fast will I get my order?

Production times are listed on every item of the site. This is the number of days it takes to print your item once the artwork is approved. Rush production is available with some items at no additional cost and with other items additional fees may apply.

The number of days for delivery will vary by product due to the location of the manufacturer. If you have a specific in hands date, please provide details in the special instructions before adding the item to your cart when customizing your request. There's a solution to every problem and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Will I receive my items on time?

We are much more then just a vender providing promotional products. We look at every client of ours as a partner and will take the time to understand your needs as much as you care to share. If you have a specific in hands date, then please be sure to contact us or make it clear in your special instructions of this request. We will make every effort to ensure your items ship in a timely fashion. If we determine that your items will not arrive in time, we will work with you to come up with a satisfactory solution.

Can I split my order and ship to multiple locations?

Of course. Just make a note in the special instructions before adding the item to your cart. Before the order is processed we will confirm all details including shipping locations in case you forget to mention it. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Can I ship on my own shipping account?

Yes. Add the note in the special instructions before adding the item to your cart or let us know before approving the final order with our customer support team. We will keep your shipping account number on file in case you choose to use it again on future orders.

Payment Up

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept checks, direct deposits and all major credit cards.

When do you charge my credit card? Do you require a pre-payment?

We 'authorize' your card once your order is ready to go into production, but we do not collect the funds until the order is shipped.

What are your payment terms?

We require 100% prepayment for all customers prior to shipment. You can also request to open an account by filling out the credit application. View our credit terms for more information.

What Personal Information We Collect Up

We collect personal information which you provide while using the PersonifyPro.com's website. This information includes your first and last name, company, email address and a password, phone number and billing address when you create a PersonifyPro.com account. You do not need to set up an account in order to browse the site; however, you will be required to provide this information when placing an order. We may ask you to confirm this personal information when you call our Customer Support department; this allows us to protect your confidentiality by verifying your identity. This information is not shared with or sold to outside parties.

Purchase Information Up

When placing an order with PersonifyPro, we collect your name and payment method details. We collect this information in order to charge you for your purchase. We also collect shipping information, including the name, address and telephone number of the recipient(s). All personal information, including your credit card information, is processed by our support team and is not kept on file for any reason.

Cookies and Other Computer Information Up

When you visit PersonifyPro.com, you will be assigned a permanent “cookie” (a small text file) that is stored on your computer’s hard drive. The cookie identifies you when you visit the site so that we can customize and enhance your shopping experience. You may choose to browse our site without cookies; however, without these identifiers you will not be able to complete a purchase or take advantage of certain features of the site. We also collect certain technical data from your computer each time you request a page during your visit to PersonifyPro.com. How You Can Decide Which Communications You Receive from Us Up

PersonifyPro.com may occasionally send you email messages or other forms of marketing communications describing new items, featured products and product sales. You may choose not to receive periodic marketing emails from us by specifying your preference during the checkout process. You can remove your name from our mailing list at any time by simply clicking the “unsubscribe” link provided on the emails sent to you. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your request.

When you elect not to receive marketing emails from PersonifyPro.com, you will still receive email communications from us regarding any orders you place with us. You will also receive email communications regarding any Customer Support inquiries you make, as well as operational emails to inform you of any changes we make to the site.

General Ordering Info Up

What if I receive more or less than I ordered?

Due to the nature of printing methods used to produce your personalized products, some items may have slight overruns or under-runs. PersonifyPro will make every effort to minimize this occurrence. Industry standard is ± 5% in most cases, and overruns are far more common then under-runs. You will only be charged for the actual quantity ordered.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel the order prior to production. Once the items have been imprinted with your logo, unfortunately we can no longer accept a cancelation.

What are set up charges?

These are charges to create the screen, die or other necessary items to imprint your specific logo. Please note, these are not art charges, and in most cases are a one time charge in case you ever place an exact reorder for the same item.

Can I order promotional products in an assortment of colors?

In many cases, yes. Be advised that this option varies by product, so we recommend that you add your notes in the special instructions and or contact our customer support team for assistance.

Will I see a proof or any other approvals before my order goes into production?

Every new and reorder will always have an offline process of approvals. Before production starts, both the art and invoice approvals must be submitted in order to ensure we are meeting your specific requests.

Do you charge sales tax?

We collect all applicable taxes for goods and services shipped into California. Customers in other states may be required to remit use taxes. If your organization is exempt, please supply our customer support team with your resale certificate.

Can I order in quantities smaller or larger then those shown?

Most of the time the minimum quantity shown is the required minimum, although we encourage you to contact our customer support team if your requirements mean you need fewer items so we can offer assistance if possible. Additional fees may apply. If you need to order more then the quantities shown, please contact our support team to see if additional discounts are available.

Does PersonifyPro do price-matching?

Usually, we can match or beat a competitor's price on identical terms and imprints.

What is production time?

This is the time required to physically print the logo on your requested products. Production time does not include time spent preparing artwork or shipping times. Production time starts after the order has been reviewed and both the art and invoices are approved. Production time stops once the products have been shipped from our manufactures to the designated location. If you have a specific in hands date, we recommend you add notes and or contact a customer support team member before you approve the order to ensure we are able to accommodate your specific request.

Does PersonifyPro provide sample products?

We are happy to provide registered, qualified customers one free sample product per order. Contact our customer support team to make a request. Please note, this does not include pre-production proofs, or spec samples, which are products printed with your actual logo.

What is PersonifyPro's policy when the order is unsatisfactory?

If your order arrives damaged or your items are defective in any way, we will promptly send a corrected order free of charge. Please note, in order to issue a refund or reprint, we may need to arrange for a pickup of your damaged or defective order. Please contact a customer support member for further assistance.
